Maker of the famous MikFroyo and MikG ROM for HTC Evo 4G has just released the MikVirgin ICS ROM for the HTC Evo 3D. I’ve always been a fan of XDA user aamikam’s ROMs and finally he’s got an ICS ROM you can be proud of.
In short, this ROM makes your stock Sense experience better in many ways including great performance and battery life. Try it out and let me know what you think of this ROM!

The Newts One S ROM we reviewed last week now has fully working camera, camcorder, and more! If you want to turn your HTC Evo 3D into an HTC One S, this will definitely do that.
The only thing missing is 4G WiMax but if you don’t mind that, go ahead and try this ROM and let me know how it goes for you!

Here’s some great news for HTC Evo 3D owners, leaked ICS is out now! I don’t recommend flashing the leaked ICS (as it updates your HBOOT and is really for Virgin Mobile) but the good news is that Evo 3D ROM developers have already implemented missing features to their ROMs.
One of the best ICS ROMs right now for your HTC Evo 3D is the viperROM IC3D ICS ROM, which comes with everything fully working including 3G/4G WiMax/Camera/Camcorder and even your 3D camera/camcorder works.

Here’s a quick peak at the development of Newts One S ROM on the HTC Evo 3D, which brings you the goodness of Sense 4.0 and Ice Cream Sandwich. It’s still in beta stages so don’t expect a full-blown daily driver but you still do get a lot of things working such as 3G data, UI, and more.

For this week, Team420 brings you the ZR3D ROM for your HTC Evo 3D, comes with a ton of cool features like LeeDroid Tweaks, lots of custom wallpapers, and based off the latest OTA.
I know a lot of you are waiting for a fully-stable/working ICS ROM and while you wait, try out some of these great Gingerbread ROMs. I am still leaning to Gingerbread for now until camera and 4G issues are being worked out on the ICS ROMs.

For this week, we’ve got Simply 3D-X ROM for HTC Evo 3D as ROM of the week. This ROM is fairly new, comes with Anthrax kernel (with 1.5Ghz overclocking), LeeDroid Tweaks for tweaking UI, and should give you better battery life/performance over stock ROM.

I’ve been in the search of a new ROM that brings a bit more redness to my Evo 3D and I think I have found it. The Noctural Venom ROM is fairly new (only couple weeks since its launch), runs very smooth/fast and give you lots of redness including red wallpapers.
After I uploaded the video last night, this morning I woke up to find all the problems I was having gone so just ignore that part in the video, the ROM runs great now getting near 2500 on Quadrant at 1.5Ghz overclock.

What’s exciting coming to HTC smartphones soon? That would be Sense 4.0 infused with ICS. Well, that’s what the new HTC One series smartphones will be coming with. But you don’t have to wait until the HTC One X is available to try out Sense 4.0. Luckily, developers have gotten hands on Sense 4.0, have a working ROM going for us.

Here’s another ROM that a lot of people have told me they like a lot, the Warm TwoPointThree ROM for rooted HTC Evo 3D.
This ROM is based off Sense 3.0 and Android 2.3.4 and comes with app drawer button on the left, phone button in the middle, and browser button on the right (which you can customize).
Battery life is pretty good on this ROM and give it a try if you have been looking for new ROM for your Evo 3D.
