Hi everyone, I have a rooted Evo that I did following the instructions on this site, and I have been getting the OTA update message to update my rooted evo. I haven’t done the update as I have read in many online sites that this update Bricks your rooted evo. So what should I do? Should I just wait for a dev to come out with a rooted safe update? Go a head and do the update? Or what would be the best thing to do not to brick my phone and or lose my root ability??? I’ve been holding of on the update till I get a answer on this concern…

    Thank you…

Hi Max, I rooted my Evo with your directions. I have been getting the OTA updates but have been holding off because I have heard you lose your root ability and plus it might brick your phone! Is it safe now to do the sprint OTA update without losing root ability?

Or is there an update version 3.29.651.5 that is safe for rooted EVO’s??? If not, can I do the new OTA update without losing root ability? If not can I root after the new update?

  20. Skip Hop Studio Diaper Tote Tote is awesome. So many pockets – and also not really those small, worthless pockets, either. All of the storage compartments tend to be a wonderful dimension and actually support keep everything organized. The handles are a excellent length and fit nicely more than the shoulder; the tackle straps additionally remain place on my own arm, which is critical when you’re transporting a child. The handbag looks good, too. Not as well fancy, but not too casual. (I have it in black) The material is soft (can’t believe of a superior word) so it’s uncomplicated to squeeze in to tight spaces – but yet it’s sturdy. I have a Fleurville Lexi carry and I adore it, as well, but this tote is type of rigid. I feel this Skip*Hop will turn into my everyday bag. It is a little bit substantial – so if you are not in to huge hand bags this may well be much better as an over-night diaper tote.
