On my mac, I had to cd to Downloads/Evo4GLTERoot for the instructions to work.
you def have to point to Evo4GLTERoot first.
cd Downloads
cd Evo4GLTERoot
chmod 755 *
sh runmemac.sh
I downloaded the ROM and it’s in my Download box on my mac, but when I punch the code into the terminal window it tells me the HTC4GLTEROOT folder is not in the download directory. Help!

When I run it, it just hangs there. nothing else happens. I set the phone at charge only and enabled USB debugging.

Did you install drivers? Check Device Manager.
No I did not. I read that if you do it in a Mac you don’t have to.

I did.
1- set it to charge only
2- enabled USB debugging.
3- plugged the phone to a mac
4- downloaded the files to Downloads
5-runned:
cd Downloads
chmod 755 *
sh runmemac.sh
6- I got this:

that’s what it said….HELP PLEASE
Can you confirm that this method will not work for 651.1 710RD? It’s kind of confusing since it has the older version number (651.1) but it came after 651.3.
wait, nevermind, dumb question. the last version was 1.22.651.3, not 2.13.651.3… what i get for not reading the whole number.
