Ti-X ROM v.2.0 for HTC Evo 4G!

Here’s an update review of the Ti-X ROM, a ROM I reviewed couple months back. It’s just as good as any other Sense ROMs out there right now, give it a try if you’ve got some time to kill.

I have an EVO 4G w/ stock rooted 2.2 ROM. I’m on BoostMobile so I can’t get 4G (and 4G isn’t in my area yet anyway) I have two questions that I hope you can help with:
    1) With all these new ROMs reviewed, which would you recommend given the following: I like sense, I want gingerbread, I want to save battery power, and I want a hacked wifi sprint hotsport.
    2) Will I need to reinstall app my apps? If so, will they install automatically from the Android Market, or will it be a manual process>

    Thank you

Hi David, you can get MikG ROM, which comes with hacked hotspot or any other ROMs and simply install the free Android Wifi Tether app.

You will need to reinstall apps or back them up using Titanium backup, if you’ve got your apps backup with GMail, it will auto reinstall btw.

Hey. I installed this Ti-X ROM and it is not working properly on m y Evo 4G. Everytime I try to download an app from the market, it tells me…”Sorry! This application Market (processcom.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. This is making me mad. I’m trying to re-download Rom Manager to flash a different one since this is giving me a headache. When I try to hold down the power and down button, I don’t get the recovery screen. It just reboots to the Ti-X ROM.

    Help please!!!!

Nevermind. I removed the battery, put it back in and tried the power and down button again and it worked. Thank god.
